1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, placing orders or otherwise using our website http://q6uite‑hd.myshopify.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our separate Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all purchases of our bathroom household goods including toilet brushes, toilet seat covers, shower curtains and other related products.

If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our website or place any orders. These Terms apply only to transactions with B & B BOGOVAC PTY LTD within Australia.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your Australian state or territory) to make purchases on this website. By placing an order, you represent you are legally capable of entering binding contracts.

3. Products & Product Information

We sell household bathroom products including toilet brushes, toilet seat covers, shower curtains and accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product photos, descriptions, dimensions and material information. Colours shown on screen may vary due to individual monitor settings.

Product specifications may change without prior notice where manufacturers update items. All goods are for normal domestic household use only. Mis‑use, improper installation, harsh chemical exposure or commercial use may void any applicable consumer guarantees to the extent permitted under Australian law.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices shown on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed at checkout via payment methods enabled on our Shopify store. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and processed.
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors (typographical mistakes) before dispatching your order, and will contact you if a correction applies. You may cancel your order in such circumstances for a full refund.
  • Title and ownership of goods pass to you only once full payment has been received.

5. Orders, Cancellation & Stock

Submission of an online order is an offer to purchase. Our acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email. We do not guarantee stock availability. If an item is out‑of‑stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer either a full refund or wait‑list for restock.

You may cancel your order before goods are dispatched. Once items have been shipped, standard return rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply (see Clause 7). Voluntary change‑of‑mind returns are subject to our return policy; this does not remove your mandatory ACL statutory rightsShopify.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed to you at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier operations, public holidays or weather events.
  • Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you upon physical delivery to your nominated shipping address. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us promptly.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Additional redelivery fees caused by incorrect customer‑provided addresses may apply.

7. Australian Consumer Law Statutory Guarantees (Important)

8. Returns for Change‑of‑Mind (Voluntary Policy)

Aside from your mandatory ACL fault‑based rights, we offer a voluntary change‑of‑mind return for unused, unopened bathroom goods (toilet brushes, toilet seat covers, shower curtains) within 14 calendar days after you receive your delivery. Goods must be in original resell‑able packaging.

Change‑of‑mind return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. This voluntary policy does not apply to hygiene‑sensitive items once opened, and it does not limit your ACL rights for defective products.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, graphics, product photographs and website design content on http://q6uite‑hd.myshopify.com/ are intellectual property of B & B BOGOVAC PTY LTD or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially reuse any website content without our written permission.

10. User Conduct
